- In the case of non-arrival, cancellation, unwillingness or occurrence of force majeure circumstances (weather conditions, different hours, change of political system, revolution, etc.), the refund is carried out in accordance with the rules:
- 30 (thirty) days before the date of checking-in, the paid amount will be full refund, minus transfer fee within 10 (ten) business days.
- If the booking is canceled less than 30 (thirty) days and more than 7 (seven) days before checking-in, the prepayment is refunded after deducting 1000 rubles and all transfer fees within 10 (ten) business days.
- If you cancel the booking less than 7 (seven) days before arrival, the prepayment is not refundable.
